Revelstoke Riding Areas
Boulder
Boulder Mountain is one of the top riding zones in Revelstoke. Thanks to the Revelstoke Snowmobile Club, you’ll find groomed trails up all the way up into the alpine. The area is suitable for everyone, with epic open bowls, tree riding and chute climbing.
A great feature of this zone is Boulder Cabin. Heated with a wood stove and lots of room for groups, its a great place to warm up and grab lunch with the crew.
You can find parking and the Welcome Center at 4177 Westside Road. Day passes, punch passes and season passes are all available at the center or online in advance.
Frisby
Head over to Frisby Ridge for open bowls, tree riding and an amazing alpine with a view. The Revelstoke Snowmobile Club also maintains this area, with groomed trails heading up to the alpine. The Frisby Cabin is heated and a great spot to warm up and catch up with friends over lunch.
Check out the club’s page for more information on passes, parking and wildlife (caribou) closures.
Turtle
Turtle Mountain is not for the faint of heart! With a high avalanche risk and ungroomed access, be sure to plan out your trip accordingly. You can find more info and a map of the area on the Revelstoke Snowmobile Club’s website.
Keystone
You’ll find Keystone 52kms north of Revelstoke on Highway 23. This riding area is extreme and has complex avalanche terrain suited for experienced riders. The Revelstoke Snowmobile Club maintains a cabin in the area as well. For more information on access, parking and wildlife closures visit the club’s website.
